Replacement Ear Seals (for Bose A20/A30 headsets – pair)

Ensure the performance and comfort level of your A20/A30 aviation headset. Use as a replacement for lost or damaged ear cushions. Cushions are identical to the original set included with new A20/A30 headsets and are made of supple, breathable protein leather.

Make your Bose A20/A30 feel like new again with a fresh set of protein leather ear seals. Bose recommends replacing ear seals every 6 months or 350 hours of use. Factors that decrease the useful life of your ear cushions are:
• Having a full beard or heavy whiskers.
• Subjecting the headset to severe cold or extreme heat.
• Putting excess strain on the cushions due to improper storage.

Indications that your ear cushions need replacing:
• Flaking of the outer covering.
• Cuts or tears.
• Flattening of the cushion, reducing the effectiveness of the seal.
