Overview

The C70 Series VHF Communication Antennas are designed to be installed on the top or bottom on high-performance, single, twin and turbo engine fixed and rotary wing aircraft. These uniquely designed antennas offer mechanical strength and high electrical efficiency to provide maximum reliability and full 360/720 channel transceiver operation. Its lightweight profile is unobtrusive, resists icing, and has low drag.

This variant of the C70 series VHF communication antenna (DM C70-6) has a VSWR of 2.5:1, rated for speeds of 400 mph, also has a different mounting hole pattern and connector location than the C70-1/A.
