This complete ADS-B In/Out package for certified aircraft includes the KGX 150R ADS-B UAT Receiver, KT-74 ADS-B Out Mode S Transponder, KGX WiFi module with installation kit, as well as both GPS and Mode L antennas.

KT-74 Mode S Transponder:
If a new transponder is on your “to-get” list, you might want to choose one that’s both relevant now and in the future. The KT 74 transponder from Bendix/King is the easiest upgrade to the popular KT 76A/C and KT 78A models, with a ‘plug and go’ capacity. And it’s ADS-B compliant, therefore meeting all 2020 requirements. It is low-cost, easy to install and fits into your existing panel. Suiting your needs now and in the future.

FACTS ON THE FLY:

ADS-B will result in better communication between pilots and air traffic controllers for more efficient routing and resource management
Anyone who flies a Mode C or Mode S transponder will need to be equipped with ADS-B “Out” by 2020
Radar controls can be 12 seconds out of date
ADS-B “Out” means you’re broadcasting your position information to ground stations and other aircrafts

KGX-150R ADS-B Receiver
The KGX 150R ADS-B Receiver with included WiFi Module is best optimized for those who fly above and below 18,000 feet or want to replace their existing transponder with the KT 74 1090 extended squitter transponder. Also includes an integrated ADS-B OUT Compliant WAAS GPS. The KGX 15OR provides the ADS-B traffic and weather services to non-certified wireless tablet or certified compatible panel display. No external controller is needed. ADS-B UAT Transceiver (IN & OUT) and Receiver (IN) configurations with and without an Integrated WAAS GPS are available.

The Peregrine Switch Kit is required for installation per STC Part Number: 10-05913.
